Very Good working condition - Bores cylinders from 1.750" -- 3.750"

ORIGINAL CONDITION, LIGHTLY USED. Includes NICE  tooling ,  Includes the original instruction manual and parts listing with diagrams. This workhorse will run for many years. The stand will accommodate up to a SIX-cylinder block without readjusting block, It has height adjustable supports on the outer legs and a final lift crank on the center platform. I have used this machine on motorcycles, marine outboard engines, sleeving cylinders, and other useful boring operations.

Kwik-Way FN Boring Bar with Air Operated 054 Heavy Duty Boring Stand

Being offered for your consideration and needs is a Kwik-Way FN Boring system with 054 Heavy Duty Boring Air Lift Stand, with Air Float & Clamp assembly.
System was in use prior to shop closure, and is in overall like new used condition.
Boring System has had a light cleaning, fixture top, float & clamp assembly, & column have been polished for smooth air operation. Air Lines and Air Bag are in good shape, the lift/tilt bladder is new.
The Bar and Stand are configured as a system, the Boring Bar is operated & powered by the Control Box on the Stand. Boring Bar runs out very well, the motor is a 3/4hp and runs on 115v or 230v (currently 115v).
System comes also with Tool Box of Accessories (see pix): Lapping Fixtures/Tools, Micrometer Assemblies , Tool Holders, Cutters, Centering Pins, Tools, Spare Hardware, ect. Boring Machine Manual is included.
